A number of these prices are out of date. eg Butter is closer to $5, banana's $3 a kg, add a couple of $ to all the cafe prices and a fine dining main is more likely to be $40-$45. Just be aware that if you strike the prices in the list above you are getting an exceptional deal not everyday.
